As a not for profit, social enterprise, SCCUL aims to champion societal change by promoting community, enterprise, wellbeing, and social inclusion. What we are seeking:
We are currently seeking an Accounts Administrator to help support the existing Accounts Manager. Working closing with the Accounts Manager, the Accounts Administrator will have responsibility for a variety of accounting administrative tasks across the organisation.
The main responsibilities will be as follows
- Assist Accounts Manager with administration duties as required
- Creditors – Reconciling POs/Invoices/Deliveries with accurate filing
- Debtors – Liaise with various organisational departments to ensure timely billing
- HR – Monitor and maintain employee holiday entitlements
- Payroll – Ensure timely filing of all employee timesheets
- Record Keeping – Developing and maintaining filing systems for various areas of Accounts

·Full drivers’ licence/personal transport
·Occupational First Aid
